Minimized hassle. Being down a vehicle is enough hassle, especially following an accident. We work directly with your insurance company and keep you informed on the status of your vehicle throughout the restoration process.

100,000-miles and still a satisfied customer
A customer sent us this letter—along with pictures—years and many miles after having their car repaired at our shop.
“This letter is to express our thanks for your great work on our car.
In July of 2004 my wife and I bought our first NEW car, a Honda Accord. About 1 year later, and the car with about 12,000 miles on it, my wife was involved in a freeway accident heading home from our daughters house in Richland. I think she had travelled only about 10 miles when the accident occurred, and as you can see the damage was quite a bit but my wife was unhurt. We live in Southern Oregon but chose to have the car repaired there, in Kennewick, where the accident took place. I ended up choosing your place and have been reminded many times over the past 7 years what a good choice that turned out to be.
I'm writing now because the car just turned over 112,000 miles, so 100,000 miles since the accident. We've never had a single issue with any part of the repair and have never had any feeling that the car was ever wrecked to this extent. As you can see from the photo there are no problems with paint peeling or miss matched after this much time. I just felt that I had to let you know how pleased we have been with the car and your service.”
I am sending you this letter to thank you for a repair job that you did on my car. I am so happy with it and it looks as good as new. I was hesitant to have the car fixed as I have had some repairs that I was not happy with. This is completely different. You treated me in a very professional way from the time that I came in for an estimate to the day that I picked up the car. I appreciate the folder that was given me, with your warranty and the guarantee from insurance. A nice touch. You have my permission to use this letter as a reference to your customers.

Mathews Auto Body was very responsive when we had two vehicles sustain damage from a wind storm. They were quick in providing damage estimates for insurance purposes and also when getting a vehicle in for repair once we decided to use them. I just got my van back from Mathews a few days ago. They did an excellent job, and even though it was an insurance claim their price was very reasonable! I would definately do business with them again! They were very understanding of my circumstances when I had to suddenly leave town for a medical emergency and I had to leave the van with them for over 4 weeks, and they did not complain or charge me any storage fees. A+!!!

Mathews Auto Body repaired auto body damage caused by another driver. They replaced or repaired the driver side fender, driver door panel, driver side rear panel, and painted the entire driver side of the car. We Love the work Mathews Auto Body does! We had a car accident several years ago & they did an excellent job of putting out little car back together!! Just like new! Ryan began working part time at Mathews Auto Body in 1991. By 1998, he had made it a full-time career. Ryan assists in writing vehicle estimates, working with insurance companies and helping with customer needs.
Richard started Mathews Auto Body in 1981. As the business grew, it was moved from North Pasco to its present location in Kennewick.
Landon began working at Mathews Auto Body Full time in 2003. He is our General manager and helps track vehicle progress and vehicle deadlines. He also assists in quality control.
Devin joined Mathews Auto Body in 2015. He manages our parts department. In addition, Devin is Bilingual and assists in helping our Spanish customers with their repair process.
Bill Began working at Mathews Auto Body in 2001. Bill handles all things accounting. He has his accounting degree from Washington State University.
LaRue joined Mathews Auto Body in 1994. As our office manager, she provides a wealth of knowledge concerning insurance companies and the overall repair process.
